The God of Israel spoke, the Rock of Israel said to me:

At the end of his lfe, David uttered these last words. In many ways he was great and an exemplary King and therefore his last words must be considered to be important. God gave him a beautiful picture of just and righteous leadership. The imagery he uses describes it as most welcoming and created possibilities. It is a leadership that generates hope, freshness, productivity and growth. Too often we see leaders create an environment that has the exact opposite effect: exploiting people through unjust practices or setting up people for failiure, leaving some wounded for life stunting people`s development and growth.
